This State Agency has continue to rip people off this is the child support division of the Texas Attorney General.They say that your behind on your payments even though they have all the documents that proves otherwise they have taken over $10,000 from me over the last few years but yet they say im behind I have provided them with copies of my check stubs but that doenst matter they still say im behind They have allso reported it to the credit reporting agencies even though they know the information that they have reported is false. I have sent them 3 certified letters asking for an explaination and for the return of my money that the took but they will not respond.
