My name is Angelica Whiteside and i was recently contacted by a man name Attorney Travis Walker earlier this morning around 9am. He called me from a number of (713-370-7392) and told me that he new my bank name and knew what city and state that it was located in and that he try to withdraw money out of my account and it declined. He then told me that i had a past due balance on an online loan from the internet and that he try calling me and e-mailing me and sending me mail saying that i had a law suite out on my name and that if i didnt pay the amount of 345.32 or the amount of 478.58 by today that he was going to issue a warrnent and have me arressted on this coming friday, november the 9 and that he could cal lmy head boss and inform them that i am a fraud and that i would lose my job and would not be able to buy any thing with my credit and that i wouldnt not be able to draw unemployment for the next 7 years. I tried asking him how he got most of my information, he would not tell me, but he know my bank information and my social sercurity number and my phone number and he knows where i work, thats were i suppose to be gettin arressted at on my job. He then told me that if i couldnt pay the money today that he would give me until tommorrow moring at ten thirty. I have never ben in troublle for any thang and had no problem with my job or my credit until this man came along and called me with this mess this morning. He is suppose to call me back in the morning but i dont think he will. I ask to many questions for him because he kept on rusing me off the phone, but thats the last that i heard from this man.
