This company buys truckloads of overstock and other items from wherever they can and sell it on an online auction site. Alot of companies do this, however, this particular one is very shady and the owner does not care about people getting ripped off. Most of the better auction companies will take pictures of the actual boxes and usually will list any defects about the item, such as "not complete" or "missing pieces". However, this company takes a picture of one "new" box and uses the same picture for multiple items. The buyer sees a picture of a new unopened box and assumes it is as represented in the picture. However, after paying for and picking up the item, you find parts and pieces missing. The owners response is that you have to inspect the items before bidding because they don't. However, even if you do go there for inspection, they are grouchy and impatient and do not like you to open packages to examine items. The owners response about missrepresenting the items as
"new" was that she (Sharon) didn't care, she's been in business for over 30 years and is doing fine.
If you buy from this company, always inspect and take a picture of the item as you inspect it so, you can prove that the item was at one time complete. Be very careful of this auction house.
