This is the kind of behavior you would never expect from an Audi dealership.  While trying to sell me a preowned Cadillac CTSV they told me that they had put new tires on the car and that they had performed all the recommended service.   The car was then taken to a Cadillac dealer and inspected and I find out that the tires have only 35% tread left in that none of the recommended services they claimed were performed.   I guess I'm lucky they washEd the car and give it an oil change.   I confronted the general manager Sam about it and he told me that the condition was acceptable if it was a certified Audi.   As to his staff lying about the condition of the car he had nothing to say.   He told me that if I took hI'm to court it would be my word against his.   This is the kind of behavior you expect to find in a car dealership  and the worst part of town.   How does Audi let them use their name.   I might as well have bought my car from craigslist.  New tires for this car will cost $1800 and the services they lied about will cost me several hundred more.   Good luck lying to the judge Sam.

What Did YOU See?

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, July 03, 2015

You stated this dealership claims to have put NEW tires on this car.  Did you see NEW tires on the car?  Did you even look to see if there were NEW tires on the car?  Guess what?  Anybody can determine NEW tires as compared to tires which have less than 35% of tread life remaining! Now lets get to the paperwork.  Did you see the BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONEY FEE of close to $800? You went along with this FRAUD and DECEPTION?  The PHONEY FEE con-game works like this:  They represent the price of the car at "X" dollars.  They do this to DECEIVE you because that's NOT the real price!  The real price is made up of this PHONEY PRICE plus this $800 ADD-ON, BOGUS FEE!  They give this BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONEY FEE an official sounding name because they think you are too stupid to see thru this CON-GAME.  Since you didn't even check to see they changed the tires AND you didn't catch this PHONEY FEE con-game, one must wonder about your ability to use common sense when buying a car instead of having your tongue hanging out for a dumb car.  Let me make it plain...this dealership CLEARLY tells anyone on their website honesty and integrity is NOT in their game plan.  To back that up, they additionally LIED to you about the tires.  As such, we should be smart consumers and use common sense.  This car dealership SLIME knows they can get away with it because they know the average person will throw common sense out the window when it comes to a dumb, stupid car!
