I waited to recive the shipment and still have not!!! Soon after the "FREE" order, i recived my credit card statement and I have been charged $45 and some change. And also charged an additional $45 and change for the next month that again i have not recived. The remaining charges were for shipping andd handling. I called and talked to a rep and she refused for me to talk to a manger (she claimed they were all in a meeting), my daughter-in-law called later on and talked to anther rep, he had a little better advice, he put me down for a supervisor caontact list and I am supossed to get a phone call within 24-48 hours.
All i asked for was a refund of MY MONEY! Because this is false advertisment and this company doesnt understand what "FREE" means!!!
