While doing a survey online I was offered a free trial of this companies beauty products, I only needed to pay S & H. I did not see anything else stating that they would continue shipping this product and/or charge my credit card. If I had known that I would have never accepted the free trial. I have since been charged $97.88 twice while trying to receive a return shipping label to return the product received, both times putting my account in negative which then resulted in $35 overdraft charges on both occasions. I have sent them an email and I have a written copy of that and would like to know what else can be done to rectify the situation.

This is on their payment information page, DIRECTLY to the left and below the payment blank. It's NOT even in fine print and is VERY prominent..how could you have missed it?

ALL of these "free trial" offers have similar requirements which people miss in their zeal for a "free" product. ALWAYS check the Terms and Conditions.
