Our son is in the Army stationed down in Fort Bliss, Texas near El Paso. He was hit by a drunk driver one night before Christmas and took his car into Auto Collision Experts auto body for the repairs. The car was finished just a few days shy of him coming home on leave for the last time before being shipped out to Iraq for a year at the end of Feb. 2009.

Christopher A. Enriquez, the shop owner, told our son that he needed to get the car out of his shop before he came home on leave for 2 weeks or he was gonna charge him storage fees. The insurance company explained to the shop that the check was on its way, but wouldn't be there before our sons leave. So, it was set up between the bank, Christopher Enriquez and ourselves that we would pay the money and that when the check came thru the insurance company to Auto Collision Experts, Chris Enriquez was going to pay us.

Two months later and a few calls to El Paso Police Dept. Detectives, we still haven't got paid and found out that this man has 7 outstanding warrants on him for screwing several people over. Mainly on older folks, single women and soldiers that will be leaving the El Paso area soon. This man charged us $2100.00 and the insurance company the same $2100.00. And there was no way of knowing this until the deal was done, which is the way this pig operates.

Our biggest problems are that one: We live way up in Michigan and two: Our son is being shipped out to Iraq where he gets to sit half way around the world fighting for people like this scumbag. We're stuck, but the way we see it is that with Ripoff Report, this may help some other folks out and maybe even cause this guys business to go belly up.

So if you folks need auto body repairs in El Paso, Texas, stay away from the thief Christopher A. Enriquez at Auto Collision Expert. It takes a real piece of work to pull something like this on a family who has to put aside Christmas and the thought of seeing their son off to war in Iraq just so he can steal a few extra dollars. What a "Patriot" you lowlife!
