Our daughter was shipping out of Yuma AZ (MCAS) and had to have her car sent back to Georgia as she had a scheduled flight to Japan.  Auto Navy Transport was contacted due to some "stellar" reviews 5 weeks prior to the departure date.  They were told the drop dead date for the vehicle pickup was on 7/14/16.

We were assured by Mario there would be no issues and that they would pick up the vehicle as early as 7/11/16 per the contract.  On 7/12, I was calling concerned that the vehicle had not been picked up.  He proceeded to pull a "bait and switch" with a new Docusign (keep in mind they did a great job of running down the clock which presents an opportunity to extract more money out of the customer)  at an overall higher price.

That was the beginning of the lies.  Mario stated he had two trucks in the area (I believe this means the lower 48 and or North America).  I called back on 7/14 and expressed that my daughter was going to miss her flight as the vehicle had not been picked up. He stated that the vehicle would be picked up between 3 and 5 PM that day.  That never happened.  I discussed this with Mario the next day and he got mighty defensive stating there are all kinds of logistical issues in this industry.  Mario is very nice to deal with on the initial discussions, but he has soft skin and cannot deliver under pressure as he is very sensitive.

The drivers did not get the vehicle until 7/15.  The drivers stated the earlier day that they would get the vehicle by midnight.  The vehicle finally made it here at 1:30 in the morning on Sunday some 30 hours later.  1:30 in the morning is a great time to have a vehicle unloaded and inspected in your neighborhood. How the two drivers made it 2000 miles in 30 hours is amazing considering the DOT laws.

The second Docusign agreement stated we would have $150 taken out of our account for delivery.  They exercised their options with my checking account and took out $165.  Bottom line is that these people do not deliver on their contracts and they will lie to you while pulling a "bait and switch".

Considering the DOT laws of the United States, I would win a lot of money in Las Vegas if I could bet on how compliant they are with the law of the land.  One word sums up Mario and Auto Navy Transports  - PUKE.
