Auto-Owners insurance YOU HAVE TO READ THIS lansing, Michigan

I was a injured passenger in a vehicle insured by Auto-Owner. At the time of the accident I had no vehicle of my own. In MN.the no-fault liability followed the driver/Owner. Auto-Owners did not pay my ER bill for 622 day's, causing my ER acct. to go thru collections and eventually my acct. was wrote off as a bad debt despite the fact I had my own personal medical insurance.( my insurer denied responsibility) At Auto-Owners request I attended their IME evaluation. I asked Auto-Owners adjuster continually for the IME results however, the answer was always the same that they haven't received the results yet from the IME.

After  three months waiting for the IME results I had it and scheduled surgery (485 days between accident and surgery), I asked again for The IME results because my ortopedic surgeon required them. Imagine my surprise when I was sent TWO favorable reports and that the doctor stated he was asked by the insurer to change his earlier favorable IME evaluation. Auto-Owners  requested me to attend other IME's (3) outside of my geographical location (adverse to MN state statute) and on  unreasonable notices of less than one week.

 Furthermore, the adjuster states she realizes the short notice and unless I attended an IME 440 miles round trip the next day  that wage loss and medical benefits would be suspended until I do go to another IME, a short while latter I had surgery and called the adjuster and said I would be available for a post IME, the adjuster refused my request. The adjuster went so far as to call the hospital to say Auto-Owners would not be paying for surgery in a sick attempt to have my surgery cancelled. My MRI and pre-post knee surgery bills are rolling thru collections. I have mediation around the corner and a scheduled day in court in front of my peer's
