Auto Processing Center Omisure I cancelled this warrenty that I got in August 2012, I cancelled it in May 2013 once I bought my new car. I was told once I sent back the book for the warranty & a letter stating why I was cancelling the warranty that I would get a refund in 2-6 weeks. It has now been 6 months & 3 days since this place has received my cancellation. Everytime I call 800-356-8170, you can push option 2, which is to update your information. Garden Grove California

I push opt. 2 so I can speak w/someone to see what the system is saying. Option 3 for the refund department never allow you to speak with a live person, only for you to leave a voicemail. I have been calling this company every week for the last 6 months & still no refund, they left 2 messages, but never to someone I can speak to when I return the call. I have yet to get a written response, a refund or a call from a manager or the refund department. I would not ever recommend this place to a friend, relative, or my worse enemy.

Very poor customer service when it come to refunding customers for cancelled contracts. If I knew I was going to have this issue I never would have gotten this warranty. I'm ready to contact a lawyer pertaining to this issue. I'm tired of still after 6 months not receiving my refund. Auto Processing is a bunch of crooks, poor customer service when it come to returning calls or sending any type of written reponses. Extremely poor when it come to refunding people money that they were promised back. I wouldn't ever use them again, nor would I ever reccommend their services.

 

I cancelled my contract in May 2013, Auto Processing Center stated it would take 2-6 weeks for a refund. I have been calling every week since the 8th week about my refund & still nothing. I received 1 call, a message was left, but a direct number wasn't left to where I could speak with someone.

I would not recommend this company to my family members, friend or my worst enemy. I have never experience such poor customer service, no written response has been sent, nor have I received my refund. I was promised a refund when I signed up for the warranty, low & behold had I known it was scam to get my money on a monthly basis from August 2012 - May 2013 when I cancelled it I never would have gotten it.

I'm so ready to contact a lawyer for this ridiculous company I would never deal with them again. When dialing 800-356-8170, opt. 3 is for refund dep't., but it only allow you to leave a message, in which no one never return your call back.

When pushing option 2 which is for updating information, they always say they’re going to forward message to a customer service manager, I only heard back once, but they called my home phone after I left the message & asked them to call my cell phone. These people are the most difficult & awful people I have dealt with in a company. At this point I'm getting ready to contact a lawyer pertaining to these folks at the Auto Processing Center / Omnisure. Some of the Customer Service people that answer the phone when pushing option 2 is kind of rude, including Jacob who answered the phone on 11/13/13 when I called. I have been calling these people weekly, monthly & sometimes daily since the end of May & still no response, no written anything & no refund.
