I purchased a convertible top on eBay from Auto Top Factory that was defective. The owner, Mr. Hratch Dekirmendjian, committed to sending a new replacement top and to pay the installer for the added cost to take down the defective top from on my car and ship back.

As it relates to the installer, he has over 25 years of experience with top installations and was recommended by Auto Top Factory, whom have a 25 year relationship.

To date, I have not heard from the owner since the initial agreement and the communication with Mrs. Dekirmendjian has stopped despite me emailing them to deliver on their commitment. The installer is willing to testify that the foregoing is true and accurate.

Moreover, Auto Top Factory never sent a warranty, although requested several times.

In summary, I have been left with a defective top, I am out of pocket $675.00 for the installation of a defective top and there is no communication from Auto Top Factory.
