Jonathan Munday is a very rude employee. My grandmother came in today to get her free gas of tank TIM promised her since she bought a 2010 Lexus, upon arrival we were greeted by Jonathan Munday. My grandmother told him that Tim promised us on the day we bought the car 2 free tanks of gas since we traded our old Lexus in and spent 30,000 on the new car. Jonathan accused my 78 year old grandma of lying saying no one here would ever promise her a free tank of gas and repeatedly called her a liar. 

We have 4 witnesses who can confirm Tim did in fact say this but yet Jonathan refused to listen. We told Jonathan to call Tim and ask him if what we are saying is true but he refused to call Tim or give us his number to let us call and confirm what he said. We asked Jonathan for Tim's business card and he said "we don't give out business cards at this location" which is a lie because I have a card at home. Next, we asked him what time Tim was coming into work to prove that we were not lying and Jonathan replied with Idk and rolled his eyes... I thought managers were suppose to know when their employees come into work??

My grandma drove all the way from Shawnee to get the free tank of gas they promised her, she is not delusional and neither are the other 3 witnesses. Tim mentioned he would give us 2 free tanks of gas more than one time so I know we are not wrong.

We are not liars and we have no reason to lie about something so stupid. This guy was the complete opposite from when we purchased the car from him. He was happy to take our money and earn a commission but yet he couldn't live up to the standards his employee promised. I could care less about the free gas I am more upset that Jonathan repeatedly called my poor grandma a liar in front of multiple customers. She has never been so embarrassed in her life and the way Jonathan treated us was not very professional. 

THIS GUY OWES MY GRANDMOTHER AN APOLOGY AND I WILL MAKE SURE HE GIVES IT TO HER
