 When the transmission was defective with the replacement transmission I requested they provide proof of service as promised by producing the following documents for me to review.

Original order of the remanufactured transmission

Shipping manifest of the transmission

Invoice of the remanufactured transmission with the appropriate warranty information, date of rebuild, etc.

They refused after several requests of stalling and that in effect tells me that they did not install a new remanufactured transmission.

I would like my truck returned as is, existing transmission intact, with no additional costs.

Full refund of the monies spent so I can take it to a different Ford Service Center for examination and repair.

The service manager is Bill Sharp, the service writer is Martin Breig.

I don’t know the name of the transmission specialist.

All of them, should they fail to provide the requested documentation are committing fraud for misrepresentation of services performed, fraudulent billing.

They should be deposed, under oath, under penalty of perjury about the actual services performed.

I think there are strong grounds, should they not provide the documentation requested they have committed a fraudulent business practices and should be reported to Ford.

I would like to expedite the return of my vehicle as soon as possible.
