I received no real contact with their driver that was any consideration of any progress about where my car was at any given time for over two weeks that means no gps service at any time, no answers that were of any help from Greg. they were all vague and ambiguous intentionally. i requested to speak to the owner and was never given a communication with him. they advertise devoted drivers, this couldn't have been further from the truth. they told me they would refund me $100.00 dollars a day, for every day the driver didn't show up. Janeen gave me three dates. driver never showed on any of the three. she said they would return $100.00 for that last date of no show. now i can't get a response from the company's Greg at autotransport123.com at all. false advertisement is against the law.

If they are just a broker that is why there is no tracking, because it looks like they don't own any trucks. Which means if they hire a guy to haul your car they have no way of tracking him except by telephone. I seen on their web site that there was pictures with their name on the trucks but anyone could do that with a picture. Also they don't show their DOT number. Brokers are nothing more than someone to find you a truck for what ever you want hauled, which you could do yourself.
