users of iobit products beware ! I received a PayPal email statement saying I had transacted a purchase, a product from "Avangate B.V.", in the amount of $44.00. I never ordered it and don't know what it is! the name 'iobit' appears on the email from PayPal.
Avangate is already implicated in this fraud scam-- read other blogs.
Paypal is not safe as long as this type of scam can happen to our accounts!
One website says Avangate B.V. is based in Amsterdam.
Support@avangate , or call 6509635701 --operaters assured me the
money will be refunded (we shall see) this just occured Sept. 30, 15
