avanquest checksoft product does not work and lousy customer service - double charge credit card Internet
Purchased product online only to find the product did not work. Called support and transferred multiple times. Called support and was told I needed to pay extra to get the telephone support. Requested refund and was sent a 3 page form for refund. Was told the refund would take at least 30 days. Credit card was charged double the amount of original purchase. Will be filing fraud claim on credit card due to concern of non-legit business
