Ava's flowers Delivered dead flowers Nationwide

My husband ordered flowers for my birthday from Ava's flowers. Despite the fact they claim to be a local company the flowers arrived in the mail. They had taken two days to get to me and were not in any type of water so were all dead! When I called to complain they offered to send a replacement the next day. Nothing arrived. When I called a few days later to complain again they again offered a replacement bouquet which I declined. I asked for a refund which they refused. The only other thing they offered me was a discount off a future order! As though we will ever order anything from them again!  They just kept saying give us a chance to put this right. I pointed out that they had already had a chance to do that and failed at that as well so I think a full refund was in order. They said this was 'not company policy'. I have since read numerous complaints about them so doubtless if they did provide refunds they would soon be out of business! So basically all I got was a bunch of dead flowers from these guys. Appalling customer service.
