 One dozen boxed roses arrived bruised and puny with one fern leaf and no baby's breath.  Roses were not Boxed, but wrapped in cheap tissue paper, with paper towles, no floral tubes or water treatment.  The sentiment card was stupidly written, not what my boyfriend would say. 

I am so sad that my Boyfriend got ripped off big time.  DO NOT use this florest you will be unhappy.  I called customer service, was put on hold - no resolution - even the card did not have a phone number for complaints.  Use this florist for those people you have no regard for, bad bosses on bosses day, the funeral of the aunt you hate, the wife you will be divorcing in a couple of months, the girlfriend you want to break up with, but just don't know how to do it.  If I were other florists, I would drum them out of business - they are the proverbial "thorn".
