Avas FLowers a complete rip off south bend Nationwide

I finally recieved my valentines day flowers.. today is monday the 17th. they are half dead.. my boyfriend was assured they would be delivered to my work on friday by 1pm.. obviously this didnt happen. when he went online to check the status, he recieved a pop up notification that they were rescheduling the delivery. seriously? these were ordered well in advance. on saturday when he tried to get refunded after being hung up on multiple times he was told they could not refund him because they were still in transit. they said the truck had to deliver them first. obviously we did not want them delivered anymore since they were not on time in the first place and set to be delivered to my job on a day i dont work. they said the truck had to stop here to they could get returned and he would have to call back.  he paid $79.99 for the flowers and $27.99 the box of chocolates.. the chocolates were a tiny box with milk and dark chocolates.. they are all filled with the same disgusting filling!!! i cannot even believe this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.. IT IS A JOKE!!
