Avobuy Never shipped item, "prolonging" refund, not returning money after 100 days! Westminister California

I purchased an iPhone 5 from avobuy.com in September. Their website claimed to take up to 90 days to send their phone, saying that they take in bulk wholesale shipments in from their suppliers before shipping out phones. I waited about 70 days, and became nervous. I would constantly be in contact with their sales representatives through email, with them reassuring me their vendors would be delivering soon and that I would get my phone. As it approached the 90 day mark, they told me my phone would not be shipped for quite a while. This completely alarmed me, and I requested a full refund. They claimed it would take about 3 or 4 days to process. I again emailed them several times asking where my refund was, until they had told me it was sent and processed. Well, it wasn't refunded to me, and my bank has no record of a refund. I then sent another email asking where my money was if they had claimed to refund it, and they told me if I wanted my money back I would have to go through my credit card company because they weren't refunding it. (In a rather, unprofessional written email.) This website is a total scam and has been stealing money from hundreds of customers who had hoped to get a good product at a low price in return for patience. Action must be taken against Avobuy to prevent future scams.
