You will not believe what im about to tell you about these two companies. Just dont say I did not worn you. Back in 2006 I had a company and wanted to start processing credit cards, so I called Avps (American Verification Processing Solutions) and due to the amount of business I was doing they put me in touch with the owner Tiffany Saguro (or Sagura) She advised me that there is no problem with handling my type of business (online shopping) and assured me that I will get approved for my application with out a problem and I did since all her applications go through an ISO that is owned by her brother Mike Saguaro (Michel Sagura) the owner of Group ISO. Sound like a great connection right well up until know everything seemed great. After about a month time and about $180,000 of processing I get a call from Allison Taylor or Montgomery (what ever her name is) and she tells me that they will have to hold 25% of the transitions because of 3 chargebacks and I did over 300 transactions. I say ok it would be like a savings account, yha right.. after about 2 months they shut down my account and told me that the funds will be held for 3 months and guess what the 3 months turned into 6 months then 12 months and then I got a call from Tiffany (that *@#!&) and she has the nerve to tell me that they refunded 80% of my money to the client. Without letting me know or giving me a report of it. Till today I am calling and they send me to their legal department which is a part time lawyer that never answers or returns my calls. Now I have to get into a legal battle with them for money that I counted on for keeping my business afloat at this hard economical time. The end result is that I had to close down my business because these criminals stole my money. They never refunded anybody or else they would send me a report I even had my administrative call clients to see if what was going made any sense. They are the scum of the earth. Call the Attorneys general of California to file the complaint at http://ag.ca.gov/contact.php
