I was sent a notification with immediate attention written on the front of the letter. As I opened it, it stated the following: >>>The office of the KANSAS CITY KS organization AWARD NOTIFICATION COMMISSION will begin payout authorization directly after deadline transferring your "Potential Status" to "CONFIRMED WINNER" of ***$1,000,000.00 One Million Dollars*** according to the terms and conditions of this letter if you have and provide the original preselected winning number. Our offices will have the pleasure of informing you as a definitive fact if you are the Determined AWARD WINNER after deadline, you will receive the first of 30 annual payment checks of $33,334.00 by installment, or if you prefer, you may choose as alternate one time LUMP-SUM CHECK of $528,000.00.

Please make sure that your name and address is entered correctly; do not delay in executing the procedures necesssary in responding to this letter by mail.

In concurrance with this letter, ANC headquarters wish to CONFIRM a special delivery option Premium Offer: $2,500.00 gift certificate for up to 75% off WOARewards.com online merchandise and service offerings. This is reserved for parcel to you now by direct dispatch. >>

And it is signed in fine blue ink that I can't even make out by a financial management officer.

Now, I sent it back to them-- without the money-- to see what response I will get. I will let you all know the out come as this is a new scam to everyone-- if you let it be....

You don't need to tell us if this is a scam or not because we already know that it is. But you didn't send them any money so that is good!
