Axia College is a ridiculous organization.  The admissions counselor talked to me for hours and reassured me several times that I would be able to complete my studies online.  I enrolled and I have regretted that decision everyday.

After taking one set of classes, I noticed that something was wrong.  The assignments did not require college-level writing and seemed like busy work.  When I had questions for the facilitator, there was no way to contact the facilitator for guidance. The class facilitator wouldn't return calls or emails for weeks. The academic advisor wouldn't return calls either.

When the next set of classes began, I advised the adviser that I was no longer interested.  The adviser assured me that financial aid would cover the classes and I would be able to finish my degree.  Regrettably, I enrolled but I wasn't able to finish the set of classes.

I called my adviser and he reassured me that everything would be fine for the next term.  I asked him several times and the advisor was absolutely certain that everything would be fine.  Financial aid was already approved.  Then I was no longer able to log in to classes.

I contacted the academic advisor who didn't return my calls or emails.  I tried to email and call the facilitator but I received no response whatsoever.  I never knew why but the financial aid office returned the funds to the lender.  Now, my transcripts and plans for graduate school are on hold because Axia College has the audacity to put a $3500 debt on my credit report.

This debt has tarnished my credit, educational aspirations and personal life.  If there is a class action suit, I am ready to join.  It is not fair to ruin the lives of people trying to make their way in the world.
