The office atmosphere is a complete mess!!!! You have to fake it to make it. Always keep a smile on your face & attitude to the sky. NO ONE is allowed to see you not smiling. She plays very loud hard rock music every morning & its a pain when your trying to hear someone talk. Its all young kids who work there & they dont care how much money they make cuz they still live with mommy & daddy. Most of them are drug users or alcoholics .
She tells you its up to you if you want to work saturdays or not BUT if you dont she makes a ass out of you in front of everyone. You work from 7am to 6 or 7pm. Thats 55 hrs or more a week. Thats insane when you dont even make much. There are some days you dont make NOTHING. Dont get me wrong you will make good money for the first 2 weeks then when your sucked in you will fall flat on your face.
If you want a steady career with a steady pay then dont go work a Axiom. It doesnt pay your bills or put food on the tabel BUT it will for her!!!!!
