Por este medio deseo informar que la cuenta # 8050101944681004 RJM, File # 1000187375
con el balance de $94.50.

No me corresponde ya que nunca he sido cliente de FINGERHUT / AXSYS NATIONAL BANK.

Que el pago que se refleja en sus sistemas corresponde a una DEVOLUCION de una mercancia
que nunca pedi y me hice responsable del pago al correo por su DEVOLUCION.

Solicito que se aclare esta situacion y corrijan sus sistemas,ya que mi credito esta severamente afectado por error de ustedes, favor enviarme documentos del relevo de dicha deuda cual no me pertenece,para asi yo evidenciar en cualquier tramite de credito que yo solicite.

What a ripoff this company is, they have probably placed a false listing on many credit reports. It is a shame that we as honest members of society have to deal with poor business such as this company displays.

I TO AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH FINGERHUT A.K.A AXSYS NATIONAL BANK THEY ARE CLAIMING I OWE THEM MONEY FROM 2000 AND ALL OF SUDDEN ITS ON MY CREDIT REPORT IF I OWE THEM MONEY WHY WOULDNT THEY HAVE CONTACTED ME SOONER ITS A BUNCH OF BULL. THIS IS WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO MILLIONS OF INNOCENT PEOPLE; LOOKS LIKE THOUSANDS OF THEM ARE INSIDE MANY OF THESE REPORTS HERE ON RIP-OFF REPORT.COM

THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM TO SCARE PEOPLE WITH RUNING THIEIR CREDIT AFTER FINGERHUT AXSYS NATIONAL BANK HAS STOLEN CONSUMERS INFO FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I recieved a notification from Credit Expert that I, all of a sudden, had an account recorded to public records as a new collection from RJM ACQ LLC. I didnt recognise the amount shown nor did i recognise the reporting court name.

ive checked my records and find no amount such as this nor any dealings with this agency.
Now i have a negetive ding on my record for no reason.

Im very courious as to whats going on with this and what to do about it.None of this adds up, until I began reading all the letters from others that are getting ripped off from the same agency.
I will help anyway i can to put this to an end.

I wasn't even in the country when this account was opened. I'm in the military and I was stationed in Korea from Jan 2000 - Jan 2001. I recently checked my credit report and saw that a company called RJM ACQ LLC has placed the same account on my credit report. I've tried contacting these people, but I have not gotten any response. Who are these people?
