Back Office Solutions a.k.a DL Kennedy Corp. is a scam. DO NOT Do Business with them! They say they will provide HR services, payroll, benefits, workers comp, bookkeeping while saving the client money. I contracted them paid them an upfront monthly retainer and they did absolutely nothing for my business except slow everything down. The owner Dennis Kennedy is a joke. He knows absolutely nothing about ethics and is a very shady businessman. His insurance both general liability, workers comp, and medical are outsourced through a broker names Ryan Thornton from Insurance Associates so it has nothing to do with the business. The numbers he quotes are not guaranteed so it's a typical bait and switch tactic.
I'm still finding mistakes that Back Office Solutions never bothered telling me about which has got me into trouble with taxes. I will file a lawsuit against them and show them what goes around comes around. Hawaii is too small to burn your bridges with small business owners. Dennis Kennedy is an arrogant, egotistical businessman. He will charm you when you first meet him but once you start questioning his "proposal" or business his true colors will show. They are currently in a lawsuit with a non-profit organization because of not paying back funds they borrow. This company is in debt and it's only a matter of time until they shutdown. I will make sure Dennis Kennedy and Back Office Solutions pays for all the wrong they've done to me and my business!

Horrible, Horrible business! These guys still owe me money for services that were never completed and I'm still finding errors on my books and taxes that they claimed to be experts in. Back Office Solutions, BOSUSA, DL Kennedy Corp or whatever name you're currently going by now....pay me back the money you owe me! You clearly paint a good picture proposing to save businesses money but you actually don't do anything except take hard working business owner's money. If it hasn't already, being an unethical businessman will catch up to you in the worst way possible. Do the right thing and pay me back. This business is clearly a scam. Wish I knew this earlier!

Just like your business you have no idea! Pay your dues! We all know you owe money to another business and about your lawsuit. Stop trying to hide! We know the real reason why you changed your business name to DL Kennedy Corp. You will never be successful if you keep treating others like you do. Don't bother reading the yelp reviews. You can see that they are fake. Watch the video testimonial on their website and you will laugh. Contact former clients and you will hear the real horror stories.

We have a great track record with all of our clients current and former and many testimonials to back up this statement.
This is a former unproductive employee, a salesman, who has tried to discredit us on other sites as well. We have been successful at proving he was this particular employee and the discredit claims have been removed.
We disclose all the ways we do business and who we work with to help reduce a clients cost. It would be highly unethical for us to operate any other way and completely against our mission as a company. You can check us out at www.bosusa.com and even YELP if you wish.
We have never borrowed money from a non-profit.
I guess the proof is in the pudding and await any further action such as a lawsuit.
