After noticing unauthorized charges made to our Chase account, we contacted this fraudulent company via telephone. Their MO is always the same. Somebody will give you only first name and, after stating our case, will tell you credit will be given to our account. (" Only for the last charge ---they will say--- we cannot deal with past charges.")

In fact, they will never credit the account. After contacting them, month after month, they will give you same response to same complaint, and refer you to a so called "supervisor" whose email address will be the only way of communication.

Of course, you guessed right. That email is never answered and the charges continue to accrue on the account. Our only solution is to go to Chase and change the account number. Be aware of this fraudulent, impenitent company that continue to scam thousands of people like ourselves.
