Backpage, Village Voice Screwing everyone like hookers and robbing them blind Internet

Problem description:

I fairly recently edited an ad that I've had posted for a while and noticed today that all traces of it had been deleted, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE GIVEN. I find this really sneaky and I know for a fact that my ad had not expired, nor had my sponsorship. Both are no where to be found. As defined by Backpage's terms of service, I have granted backpage the right (as per their contract) to EDIT anything I post, not delete it. As their terms of service say that they may LIMIT ACCESS to the site if someone is in violation of the terms of use but not that you will delete ads, that is a direct violation of RCW 9.04.010 in Washington state.

As per their terms of service, they are obligated to edit ads, not delete them and have no grounds for deleting an ad entirely, only the editing of such. Prior to deletion I made two changes to the wording of my ad and I feel that because of that, its deletion is VERY judgmental towards me as a woman; Up until we were allowed to vote, women were REAL slaves and censoring me using that term (which is not considered obscene, by the way) is seriously unnerving. "Slave" is a term used for a particular kind of submissive partner, as any kink dating site will tell you.

The posting of my ad was in search for that kind of partner, specifically someone who is very submissive and enjoys housework and the censorship of my seeking of such is a violation of the United States Constitution as I have the right to express myself artistically and as a woman. I'm particularly annoyed because I have NEVER provided sexual services for money and wouldn't even consider it! My website and artistic creations are associated with a CORPORATION that I founded to better the Seattle BDSM community and I'm INSULTED that I wasn't even sent an email notifying me that my ad was deleted.

To clarify, ALL BDSM activities are CONSENSUAL and do not EVER involve minors. Nor am I selling ANY kind of sexual service (as defined by my state law), I provide EVERYONE who purchases anything from me with a receipt and they sign a contract consenting to their purchase of my creations. I keep copies of everything and can PROVE with my book keeping that I am not in violation of ANY term of service.

Other than this episode, I have been very happy with Backpage as a means of advertising my artistic performances but I'm really irked that my ad was removed literally after I paid for it. All of which I have documented. I would like to continue using backpage but not if my ads are going to be deleted after I pay for them as some bizarre sort of bullying. Especially since they explicitly offer NO refunds and refuse to respond to inquiries.
