This place is a total rip off. He doesn't pay his employees on time he post dates every check because he really doesn't have any money. He also cons ppl into paying for back ground checks that don't exist. and if you are hired he violates all employee confidentiality he keeps employees files out in the open vulnerable for others to steal your identity. He lives in his office because he cant afford anything. You pay and he never finds you a job. He will take your money and make you take a class for a guard card and never sends your info to the state, he will just say he did and blame it on the state or it got lost or what ever he can come up with to take your money.

I also fell victim of this person my family and I are struggling financially so I took a flyer posted at a worksource center and my wife got a call from "Captain McCarthy" stating for me to show up and that I will be consider my self hire right away.
I am already guard carded and I got my guard Card by a legit school that made us test and we had to get 100% so he can not say anything about me been dumb because he did not guard card me, I showed up and work for him two days, paid $35.00 for background check with money my family did not really have, but as I was promise lots of work we made the sacrifice. I worked for him back in March 2013 and is now May 4, 2013 and I have not gotten paid. He has given us the run arround and now I called his cell today and all I got was that his number was disconected. We are going to file a BBB report and also to labor comission and we are also looking for way to find more people to back us up and definately we are reporting this to the BSIS he has gotten away with too much already and my family is suffering financially and he can't even pay me the 2 days I worked for him. And check this out when I wasted my time to go to L.A. to pick up my pay check which by the way I did not get and still have not gotten pay, the secretary comes out while I was waiting and told me that the first day is alway for training, meaning they only wanted to pay me for one day and wanted free labor and pass it on as "training" Justice will prevaile we have already started a chain reaction and for sure something will be done.
Lets find ways to contact eachother and have this person be broght to justice!

Ugh duh I'm retarded and have no grammar and i can barely spell :) duh... Lol oh wait that's not me! It's Michael McCarthy! Lmfao look I asked for an apology I said ill let you keep the money you ripped off for a simple I'm sorry. He couldn't even do that! How's sad that he never learned to be a man. Truth is he never tested me like he should have. He gave me a sheet with all the answers and gave me a sheet to fill in, this alone can get your license revoked because people who may not be qualified are helped by letting them cheat there way through. The live scan was turned in I had to call and ask for my ATI because McCarthy lost my paperwork and needed it so he can file and pretend it got lost in the mail, furthermore I have overwhelming evidence again McCarthy (voice call recordings and texts) admitting to everything I'm complaining about then a feeble voice call saying he's doing his best and that BC4 went under cause of this and he's just "the fall guy" lmfao dude big companies pick the smartest gullible person to be the fall guy, not illiterate asses who can't be men. :p in the words of Eric Carmen. On top of this we have another 200 people working in San Diego next month. another 75 working locally in Los Angeles. So yes we failed you due to you failed your self so I am a loser to you and a god sent to others. I like the odds.

My name is Capt. McCarthy I have a open door policy You can come to my office at any time. My company has been open for 3 years I have put over 1800 people to work. I have proof of this and can be view at anytime. The person that has wrote this is a idiot he/she can get a refund in 90 days if we don't get you placed. This is in writing everyone gets a copy of this.
The only thing is most don't want to wait 90 days because they are losers The person that is writing this sounds like they have worked in the office. and was laid off due to poor work habits. as for living in the office this is a 24 hour dispatch and yes 90 percent of the time I am working 20 hours a day trying to put people to work while everyone else goes home. As for Confidentiality there no one looks at employee files except the office staff and yes they are out at times so we can view them so we can find the best position for the employee.
