I will make this short and sweet Patricia McGowan has to be the laziest Broker. Patricia doesnt return any phone calls doesnt show up to any showing. So all in all if you where planing to use her I would go somewhere else so you get the attention you need when looking for a house.

I am the owner of Water Works and we never hired Patricia McGowan or the realtor company she works for.
The person who posted the review about her was an employee of Water Works she subsequently was fired for writting lies about Patricia and her company. Every time I talked with her she was always a professional.
