BALBOA MAILING COMPANY The owner called himself George Balboa I paid 299.00 for group # 4 promised payment for labor 3490.00. Plus remebursement for stamps upon the delivery of the 9th pay check they would send me a 1099 at end of year. Balboa Co. had taken 2 1/2 weeks to send my package . I sent request by Certified Mail requesting payment they signed for 7/1./2015. I still have not received a response in regards to money owed to me. I sent out the letters they sent me 8weeks ago. Balboa failed to pay me for labor They sent package of material 5/16/2015 material was shipped out 5/18/2015 was out of pocket for stamps promised rembursement added to 9th check ( cost of stamps 171.50 ( estimated at 180.00 in certified letter when requesting payment not reimbursement) . they signed for letter 7/1./2015 still no response to request made on their part. Balboa company owes me 3490.00 in unpaid wages and now also want 171.50 rembursed for stamps and discontinue any future dealing with this company I would like this resolved so I can move on in peace.
