While exercing at Balley's total Fitness my lock was cut off my locker and my keys stolen and taken to the parking lot to enter my car and steal my purse out of the trunk of my car. I lost credit cards, cash, my checkbook, a cell phone and within 45 minutes they used my debit card to run up a bill at Marshalls for over 600.00. I feel this was a inside job because my lock was cut along with several other ladies and I saw an employee of Balley's go in the ladies locker room with a lock cutter. When I saw that my coat was hanging out of the locker and my keys gone, I ran outside to see if my car was still there. It was there but the trunk was up and my purse gone. I came back in the club and the worker at the desk says,"Oh ya, we had a break in" Why wasn't a anouncement given over the intercom to let the ladies know to check their lockers? I told the worker the gabage was full of cut locks and he had the nerve to say "ya, I saw them." This was a inside job. Balley doesn't tell  their members about leaving keys in the locker or about all the thefts. The club on 87th and Kedzie is not safe. I won't ever go to Balley's again.    Shirley  Riverdale, Illinois
