 Dear: CFPB.

I received your letter on 7/29/2015 date 7/14/2015 file # 150526-000479 complaint about Bank of America (B0A)  and false report to Experian Credit Bureau.

Also I received a letter from Experian notify me that they are honor BoA false report without proof or verify the correct document and amount of dollars.  BoA scam collection had deceptively collected $81.81 from me and still wants more.

BoA fail to show proof of $270.44 transferred to my Wells Fargo (WF) checking instead of $207.44 that is $63 less than the amount calculation, in addition to I paid $17.81 more total of $80.81.  Please help me recovery the amount loss to this scam collection.

Second, I send proof and documents but Experian refused to remove the false report this is a scam collections coming from within BoA system and Experian is supporting it to continue on, show me the proof of the $270.44 transfer into my WF account.  Please help me to stop this scam collection from retaliation and extortionist for my good credit.

2-       BoA did not refund to me $270.44, instead the refund was $207.44 and the different is $63 shortage should be credit back to me.

3-      After BoA received a full payment they then send me another bill with debt balance of $17.81 instead zeros.  Still, BoA refusing to remove the false report in my credit files when the balance was paid in full.

4-      In addition to, I received another bill for $11.76 this amount was included in the total outstanding balance of $455.01 I send proof of the payments to Experian but the false report remain in my file at of this time.
