Bank One Ripoff this company lies, steals and is rude- the worst customer service ever MESA Arizona

I banked with bankone for over three years. There was always extra fees and over draft charges even when I new I did not spend the money. But because you never win with these corporate jerk offs I always paid them.
Back in October of 2004 a check was stollen from me and in order to cancel that check I was charged $30, witch I thought was outragous. So I decided to close my account. About 2 months after closing my account I received a bank statement that my account was over drawm $200.
How the hell is this possible,that's what I said. So I went to a bank one near my house and inquired about this charge. The teller gave me the run around like I have never experienced before. She then procedeed to tell me they had no record of me closing my account. Convienent huh!!!!


I then asked to speak with a manager and was told she was on vacation and would call me the following week when she returned. Well a week went by and still no call. So, I return to the same location and was told again, she is on vacation. This happened four different times.


Finally, I went to a different location and explained my situation to another teller and asked to speak with the manager. She replied" The manager is very busy, can she call you in about an hour. I reluctantly agreed.
Oh yea, still no call, so now they have sent me to collections and I can not open an account anywhere until I pay the $200. It is the biggest hassle I Have ever been through. I do not reccomend Bank One to any one. I think they are scammers and steal your money any chance they get. I still am trying to get some answers but an unsuccessful. I guess it pays to be a bank one manager, cuz your whole life is a vacation. They must have a class on how to treat customers like dirt. I WILL NOT PAY THIS FEE_ I WILL FIGHT IT TO THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
