bankers conseco life insurance co in philly i have recieved a check for 1,994 and nothing else was with it i called the company that was on the check and they said it was left of my dads life insurance and i cashed it and now my account is over philly, Pennsylvania

well i have recieved a check for 1,994 nothing else was with it i looked the number up that was on the check and i called and they said it was a life insurance check from my dads life insurance what was left of it and i cashed it and now my account is over drawn i dont know how this company can get away with this stuff i want something done about it i dont got that kind of money to pay back i am on a fixed income phease help me do something about this
