Barns.com AKA Carports.com Not receiving carport and not answering/replying to phone calls Mount Airy North Carolina

I ordered a garage in September, it's January now and I have left messages on the phone and not received any replies. I have called because I wanted a refund, so I had to go back to a woman, Lisa, to get a refund. I had to call the receptionest after weeks of trying, and trying this morning, and the receptionest said that Lisa was right there and I spoke to Lisa. She said she had to fill out paperwork and have her supervisor contact me, I don't fell comfortable with the way she has handled this, escpecially ingoring my phone calls was a slap in the face. I just want a complete refund back, and an apology that I doubt I would get, I would never ever do business with these people again, complete Ripoff! I got up one morning in December and found my car window was shattered because of the weather, and that was 4 months after I had placed my order, with money down.
