I received a call from Bayflower Moving Co in regards to our interstate move and they said they are located in Fl so the move would be easy since they are in the area we were moving. We did the inital load inventory on the phone and it was estimated at 1100 cubic foot. When the movers loaded the truck it came out to 2000 cubic foot and they told me I was the one who added extra items. The move went from a little over $3000 to now in excess of $7000. When we were loaded the packers told us it would be 3 days for us to get our stuff and that is what we were also told by the sales rep. So 3 days go by, we are now in Fl and called the company to ask when we would get our delivery. We are now being told there are no trucks going our way, they have up to 10 business days to deliver the shipment and they can't tell us when our stuff is being loaded from a warehouse in MD to come to FL.

We have tried speaking with everyone in the office, we are being told the manager won't talk to anyone and the supervisor refuses to do anything about it and is flat out rude. The whole staff is rude. When we investigated the address in their Brandon, Fl location we found it is simply a PO Box located within an UPS store and their mail gets forwarded from that location to a Hollywood, Fl address. At this time we still cannot get am answer on when we are getting our shipment and almost two weeks later we still have nothing in our new location.
