Typical "Bait & Switch": offers $0.99 "trial sample", then two weeks later bills acoount for $97.83. Thereafter sends product monthly and bills $97.83. Wife left for Europe before second shipment arrived, and  I did not suspect anything as she occasionally orders such products. When second shipment arrived on 5-16, I became suspicious, and contacted her in Europe. She vehemently denied authorizing these shipments and asked me to take action to stop this activity, and seciure refunds for all three shipments. She told me she threw out the first container as it irritated her skin. Attempts to contact this company by phone were a waste of time as their phone connection is "bad" (deliberately), and repeatedly disconnects. Also, the "customer service center" must be in India, or some such place, as the two individuals with whom I spoke could not speak intelligible English. So, combine the "bad" phone connection with foreigners unable to speak English clearly, and we have a system designed to frustrate the dissasified consumer to the point he or she just gives up out of frustration.
