On February 17th I ordered a sample size of eye cream to try for shipping charges only from Beauty Impressions.  I was charged the shipping chargesf $1.99 on February 19th and received the product shortly thereafter.

On March 7th my credit card was charged $92.79.  When I called the number on my credit card statement I was told I had subscribed to a monthly supply of this product and that this was the charge for the one I had already received.  I insisted they were incorrect and that I had not signed up to receive this nor to the dollar amount charged.   They refuse to honor the original offer made.  They will only refund a partial amount of the charge once they receive the product back in their warehouse stating that it would take about 30 days after receipt to process the partial refund.   I told them that this was unacceptble and I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as having the credit card company refute the charges.  Unfortunately the credit card company will not assist me since I did receive the product - they want to see the original offer which I no longer have.  Therefore I am out this money and can only complain to  you and the Better Business Bureau.

The representatives on the phone were not from this country and they were very rude and talked over what I was saying continuously. IT IS A REAL RIP OFF

I was wondering if you kept a copy of the original paperwork that they sent with the product, and how muchj they offered to refund to you?  I know the credit card company is not obligated to return your money to you, but the reason they gave you was not sound.  If you emailed the eye cream company customer service, they would have told you everything the web site said in their effrorts to get you to give up trying to get your money back.
So you would have had it in case your credit card company asked for something.  However, they should not have asked for a copy of the original advertisement. In my case, the web site didn't exist when I started trying to get a refund.  So my bank cannot ask for the original advertisement.  These people you talk to are only the shipping department and the customer service department for the products they sell. At least, that is all they tell everyone.  They sell several different kinds of creams, as well as other items.  I think they use the same cream, and change the name and the web site ewery couple of months in order that they aren't tracked down and made to stop.  And, they act like they don't have the authority to give your money back when you call or email them, but I wouldn't believe anything they say.  Did you open the product?   Also, if you returned the product and you have the confirmation that they received it, your bank has no reason to deny you the money back just because you received the product.,
