THIS SITE DOES NOT SELL AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS!!!! I use the same conditioner ALL the time, but the one I received from this site does not LOOK, FEEL, or SMELL like the real thing! It smells like bug spray & chemicals. Absolutely disgusting. (J Beverly Hills- Rescue Conditioner) Anyone who knows this conditioner knows it smells like black licorice. Even the BOTTLE looks cheap and fake!!! I am beyond pissed. I wouldn't use this on an old barbie dolls hair! UGH!

After waiting over 7 weeks to receive my order in the mail- I wish they would have just LOST IT or CANCELLED IT!!! The site says they ship orders within 24-48 hours WHAT A JOKE!

After 2 emails (by the way- which were NOT responded to) and 5+ phone calls to customer service with LIES and LIES and the run around, I finally received my order. I am SO BEYOND IRRITATED that I have had such a horrible experience. One guy in customer service straight up lied to me- "your order is being shipped out today" two weeks go by.... nothing. Finally I call again and a different lady says sorry it looks like your order will be shipped in a couple of weeks. I asked to cancel my order which she said I couldn't- I'm sure that's another lie. Now what.... I am stuck with this FAKE gallon of GOD KNOWS WHAT.....

This site is complete GARBAGE. I have a request in for a refund- we will see how that goes. Supposedly I will be receiving an email in a couple of days. Heard that song and dance before!

I called J Beverly Hills direct- the lady said they do not sell any products online, ONLY IN SALONS. RED FLAG!!! I wish I would have just paid the extra and bought this at my salon. LESSON LEARNED! I will definitely be researching any site I buy from online in the future.
