ordered the entire 2012 library. Got some of the books but not all of them. I wrote emails and waited. I wrote more emails and waited. I called the phone number which was a non working number. I wrote more emails. Basically I wanted to download the few books I didnt have. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you send them money and somehting goes wrong your out the money-period. There is no money back guarantee because you wont ever be able to make contact with them to get your money back. That phone number hs been obsolete for some time and yet the most recent email from him still has the obsolete phone number on it. BEWARE!



On a separate note, outside of the sexual positions book, the covers on these are PORN. A Christian writer would have common sense not to put a lady in adress with no underwear on while she is hiking up her dress to thigh level. A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. You can fix this by printing the book to a file and leave out the first page with the porn on it. Very unchristian like to throw that stuff in there to sell a book (PDF).
