Bedding.com Unresponsive to emails, phones, etc. Gilbert Arizona
Ordered a quilt from Bedding.com and they shipped the wrong quilt. Called them the day it was delivered and they said they would call the following Monday with information on how to ship the wrong quilt back and they would work with the warehouse to ship the correct quilt. Lady on the phone was pleasant. Monday came and went I finally tried calling on Tuesday. Could not get through to anyone. Got on Bedding.com chatted with a rep they promised me that they would work to send me info to return the wrong quilt and they would try to get the correct quilt. Exchanged 8 emails with that person. Was given several excuses as to why my problem wasn't being solved, understaffed, out of the office, on and on. I have not heard from them in over a week. Today received by credit card bill and they charged me for the wrong quilt! I'm contacting my credit card company and I hope I can get rid of this quilt on ebay. Do not do business with them. If you have any problems with your order it's a nightmare! Note to self, before doing business with a new site check for complaints against that site. There are numerous complaints on the web about Bedding.com.
