BedPros of Brandon Thomas Whelan (store manager) Refusal to honor warranty Brandon Florida

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Bedpros at the hands of Thomas Whelan, that is until the boxspring I paid for collapsed due to a factory failure.  Then when we tried to get Thomas Whelan (the store manager) to honor the warranty and replace the boxspring, he accused us of first mis-handling our set up of the boxspring.  When we told him that his store set up the bed, he accused us of abusing our bed.  My wife is in her early fifties and I am rapidly approaching sixty and our days of mattress abuse has long since passed.  My grand-children live up north so there are no 'monkeys jumping on the bed' in my house.  I am actually insulted by his statements regarding the handling of my personal property and I can't understand how anyone could sleep at night running a dishonest business.  Buyer beware!!
