You are one cold hearted heartless man.  I told you when I quit WHY the bankruptcy's failed.  They were filed in bad faith.  Don't pretend you had no part in this.  You would consistently give me lies to give to the so called "Clients" about when the documents would be filed.  You even told me to tell a victim that his bankruptcy was filed electronically when that is not a possibility. 

You knew this was a scam, you knew when the change went from Secured Assets to Beldane it was to perpetuate the scam and you knew when you brought in those so called "Forensic Experts" Who didn't know how to properly spell Attention in Attention to detail it was a fraud.

You knew, You robbed, You lied and if you are still with the Salvation Army I would be shocked.

We were ALL looking for new jobs for months and months once we realized the s****y company we were working for. I have proof of it, too. If we didn't want to help, we wouldn't even have attempted to do any work for these people. We would have just done absolutely nothing all the time and just let the company fall apart. 

You only stopped working there as it was an 'insult' to make 13/hr. Ha.

I take serious issue with the defense of employees of this company. If you worked for Beldane then you absolutely knew what the real deal was. By not standing up and saying something you became accomplices. Beldane helped a total of zero people. You can pretend all you like that Tracie and Monda were helping or trying to help but the fact is that what they really did was the exact opposite. On several occasions I heard Tracie offer legal advice over the phone. That is an actual crime.

The naivety of the staff at Beldane was unprecedented. And now a former employee posts in a way that elevates employees to victim status? Are you kidding me?

I was the only person that worked at Beldane that did the right thing. I documented everything I could, contacted the State Attorney General, sat with Karen and told her to close shop immediately, and made sure everyone on staff knew the truth before I quit.

What I found was that everyone wanted a paycheck so bad they were unwilling to do the right thing. Instead they tried to justify their position and their work. Reluctant accomplice? Accomplice nonetheless. This world will never be a better place unless more people are willing to sacrifice and do the right thing. "I have bills to pay and mouths to feed" is merely justifying complicity.

Postponing sales doesnt help anyone. Filing bankruptcy doesnt help anyone. Securitization audits do not help anyone.

Beldane sold promises. Beldane said it could help stave off foreclosure and keep homeowners in their homes. Beldane had a 100% failure rate and if you worked there you knew that. If you continued to work there after learning the truth you are just as guilty as Doug and Karen and Bill.

In Karens defense: Karen Kamman is probably the single dumbest person I have ever met. Its hard to successfully perpetrate a fraud when you've had half of your brain removed. Either that or she is the most amazing actress ever. Really, though, I am pretty sure she has serious brain damage from Doug Thayer beating the crap out of her regularly.

It isnt a bad idea to keep in mind that both Bill and Karen have their own homes tied up in the SAG/Beldane process which makes me think that they are the two dumbest fish Doug was able to land - because he wasnt wasnt even paying them either.

well it's about time  why do you think those 2 are honest?  paralegals?   where did they get their paralegal training - con university?  you can't change title and stop a sale   my attorney said that it creates what they call a cloud on the title    the sale can go through    it doesn't stop anything    the controlling document is the recorded deed of trust    bet they didn't tell you that!    I learned the hard way

what all of you victims should do is take Karen Kamman and Bill Begonia to Small Claims Court here in Las Vegas    can't get your house back but you can get several thousand dollars    have them served    get justice!    Karen can be found at the residence she shares with her husband the sex abuser Doug Thayer    he has to register with the correct info or he goes to jail    and wonderful Bill  that's the biggest joke of all    he's a minister with the Salvation Army    that's where a lot of the victims came from   think he's actually in Cal but you can have him served there   he doesn't have to be in Las Vegas   make the Church make him pay   how can he be a man of God and do that to people?  if they don't show up get judgments   I bet the Salvation Army will make him pay for all of that fraud!

The owners, ceo, and managers are scammers, you're right.
But the employees of the company did nothing wrong but help these people as much as they possibly could, especially Tracie Butcher and Jamonda Blackwell. 
Please just note that we all got laid off at the end of February. BELDANE WAS SERVED. They were served a notice to quit doing business, and we were all let go of completely out of the blue and left with no job, and bills to be paid. Therefore, nothing was ever done to help your case. If the company were legit, me and my old co-workers would have been HAPPY to help, but the f**ked up money hungry scam artists didn't know how to run a business. The saddest part is, they didn't even know what was going on with anything at all. All they ever asked about any of the properties is if the person who was supposed to pay did and if a check was deposited into their account or not, HA. They had to ask their own employees what the status was for each case when someone came into talk to them about it. I mean look at their website done by a 400 pound junkie. 
These people deserve to fall on their asses, just like they did to all of their clients and employees. I hope you get your karma. 

I recently gave this company Beldan Systems money $850 to do a loan audit.. Now my sale date is in about 3 days March 14,2012 Beldan systems has cashed my check they wont return my calls or emails. Don't give these people your money they will take it and not return calls or emails. I should have gone with my Gut when It told me not to send this company the Money but I was desperate.. to save my home.. I was working with  Tracie Butcher and Monda Blackwell  along with other people who use to work for Secured Assets.. They are all CROOKS and they will steal  peoples money.. Don't be a victim like me....

gee  Doug   didnt they give you education classes in jail?    guess not    nobody said you and your crook friends were doing loan modifications   thats the category for ripoff.com    they dont have a category for what you are doing because Beldane is registered with the state as a corporation doesnt mean you and your friends are not part of the same group    you are    it is just considered a separate entity     get real    people need to know the truth    you are the same group with a different name can you postpone a sale with your scheme?    Yes    you cant file bankruptcy when you dont owe anything    bankruptcy is debt relief and you never assumed my debt    I was told differently    the bankruptcy court ruled that way     its not the attorneys      the court threw it out   why do you think it will work now?   all you did was mess up the title to my house    you  and your con friends just take title to property and then make people desperate for help believe all kinds of things   you dont help people   you lie to them and steal   
 
what are you doing with all of that money you take in?    I gave you a lot of money     I gave money to you     that is your income    it wasnt a donation      are you really trying to claim that I donated to some cause or charity for you?     I was paying for a service     I wasnt donating to a charity!    do you know what you need?    A good financial audit on the federal and state level to see what you are doing with all of this money
 
if you are so honest why were you hiding where you were working?    you never put the right address     if you are honest you would have nothing to hide    I checked    you dont even have your name on the building directory!   why?    are you hiding?  You are honest?  You dont even disclose where you are!
 
dont blame the attorneys     you state that you and Karen left Secured Assets when the attorneys did not do their job    you go on to say that you were the one who hired them !     its your company and you  have a responsibility to know what is going on    what were you doing instead of paying attention to your own company?    Isnt that irresponsible?
