I was assured that tungsten was the toughest material on the market and the likely hood have having to actually use my warranty was slim. The warranty was explained as "if anything happens to the ring and diamond it would be replaced 100% free of charge and that every 6 months it could be sent out for cleaning and inspection if we wished."
This morning the ring fell 2 feet to the ground and shattered, yes SHATTERED like glass all over my driveway. I asked for a corporate number and he gave me the credit card line which is nothing but an automated loop that never gives you an operator and the website doesn't offer much help either. Unprofessional and unethical, avoid this place at all costs.
