I contracted with Nolan Thomas Watkins to do tuck-pointing,repair the cap on the chimney, roof repairs on a back porch, and spray the entire house with Weather Guard masonry sealer. I paid him $1220 for the work up front. He said I got the special senior and veteran's price.He and his helper spent about six hours. They did the tuck-pointing, repaired the cap (supposidly), and little else. His sprayer didn't have a nozzle, so he took a valve cap off his van, poked a hole in it, and held it in place on the end of the wand to attempt to spray a two story brick house. I watched him do this. he randomly sprayed a few areas with poor results. This product is to be applied at 1 gallon per 100 sq. ft. He used less than a quart on the few spots he did. He said he would be back on April 19 to finishh the job. He did not show. He said he would be there on April 22. He did not show. He said he would be there Mayl 6. He did not show. Do not do business with Nolan Thomas Watkins. He calls himself Nolan Thomas on his new business cards. Don't be fooled.
