bella brite terri THEY CHARGED ME FOR A MONTHS SUPPLY, THAT THEY SENT WITH THE TRIAL. WHICH I MIGHT ADD THE TRIAL COST WAS $1. PLUS S& H. THEY THEN CHARGED ME 79 DOLLARS FOR THE PRODUCT, AND THEN PROCEDED TO TELL ME T aurora, Colorado

i agreed to purchase for $1, plus shipping and handling a FREE trial. this arrived in the mail, and i was then charged $79.95 for the product. now at time of purchase i was redirected over half a dozen times.  so quite honestly i didnt even think that the process went thru. but to my surprise it did.  they (bella brite) accepted my cancellation but refuses to take back product which was never opened. and refuse to give a refund. also they gave my personal info to some other company which told  me that i qualified for gift cards...and after repeatedly asking " i will not be charged. correct?" they repeatedly told me no. and wouldnt you believe there appeared another charge on my acct. for $39.99. so when i finally got to talk to whomever at bella brite, she was of no use,, blamed me, for not reading terms, blamed my internet connection. and had no idea how the other company got my info. i asked for a supervisor,, now this is where it got really good, "terri" as well refused to accept the product back as well as refused to refund my money, also she would not give her last name nor give me any information in regards to contacting bella brite other than the number that i reached her on. she would also refuse to give me any information in regards to the company, and said that she didnt have to. no license to run business, no number in regards to legal representation of the company. no supervisors, and then she hung up on me. i want my money back. i do not want nor can i medically use the product. i offered to pay to send it back and was of course denied.  this is quite a scam. and they must be stopped.
