I signed up for a trial of BellaLabs anti aging cream and Black Diamond Serum. The advertisement offers 30 days of product trial if you pay for shipping. Apparently, the fine print says that you have to cancel the order within a 14 day trial period. Another thing that is not clear is that the 14 days include the shipping time and that you are billed for the initial bottle if you don't cancel within 14 days of placing your order. I received my products within a week. I was under the impression that the trial was free and I would be billed if I decided to continue using the product after the first "trial bottles." When I received the $99.99 dollar charge on my bank account 14 days after placing my order, I pulled up the website and it said that customer service is only open Monday - Friday 8 am to 4pm. I decided to call even though it was Sunday. First I spoke to one representative who cancelled my future orders and offered to continue my shipments for only $49.99 per month instead of 87.99 per month. He said that I had missed the deadline by a day and would not receive a refund. After hanging up, I thought it was odd that they were willing to let me continue use of the product for half of what they were selling the product for, so I called back and spoke to a second man. He rudely told me that I did not read the card that was enclosed with my order. I went back to my box and found a card with small print (too small to easily read) that said I ahd to cancel within 14 days of my order date. The card also said 100% satisfaction guaranteed in large print. The man was very rude and told me that he would refund about $40 but I would not receive a full refund because their policy is clearly stated on the website and the card. I asked for a manager during the phone call and was not allowed to speak with one.  I honestly thought I was able to cancel before my 30 day sample was done so that I could see if the product worked. I apparently mistunderstood their policy and was mislead by the advertisement. I had ordered another product, Black Diamond, as it was offered at the same time. I called a representative from Black Diamond Serum who immediately said he would refund the full amount because the product did not work for me. I offered to send the Black Diamond bottle back and their representative said that was not necessary. The funny thing is that it was very difficult to find a number for Black Diamond so I thought that company would be the scam. Black Diamond offered a true trial and had very excellent customer service. I feel duped and confused.
