I, as her lawyer wanted to add a few things that I forgot to add about this pathetic excuse for a human being. After all the lies and promises to pay back my client failed, her sister hired me to convince her that it was time to take him to court. She went to the court house and filed in small claims court for the only amount of money she could prove he stole from her. She paid the fees and the date was set. She received a copy and a copy was mailed to him, which he signed and sent back.
The date of the trial was here, my client showed up, but as you can guess the deadbeat did not. My client was awarded the judgement of $3100 plus all fees and the interest that is accumulating while he still refuses to pay. I forwarded a copy of the report to his divorce lawyer, he was totally in the dark about this manner, and he was told that he has until the end of June to pay or we would refile. Once again you kinda know the answer to this one, he didn't pay a dime. This client has been on disability for some time, brought on by the manipulatiion, lies, and a complete lack of concern for her well being. She had a nervous breakdown due to this man, and looking at past texts he sent her, he seemed to get pleasure out of hurting her.
On top of all this she found out through some tests she took at her primary doctors office, that she might have cancer. Because of her not feeling well, her sister would text him to keep him abreast of her situation. During this back and forth comunication he actually suggested to her sister about having a three way with him, my client and her sister. Of course she said no and really took offense at his lack of regard for what my client was going through. She eventually broke down and told her sister, not wanting to hurt her, but to let her know that he was not all he seemed to be.
She called him out on this and he threatened her physical harm if she did anything to hurt his situation at work. Long story short he took care of that by his own lies. He owes her and another date has been set. This one he does have to appear to or he could be arrested for lack of respect to the decsion of the court and also the decision the court made in refiling.
He has a girlfriend and she has repeatedly been warned about this man, but he has probably got her hoodwinked into believing all his lies. He stated that she was weird and also her family too and he would never date her. He was chastisedby one of the men at work to stay away from her because he knew that one day he would ruin her life. He of course acted like they were not dating, but of course he lied about that also. I hope that she finally wakes up to this pathetic excuse for a man before she goes too far and totally crishes her spirit.
One more thing before I go, he knows she is bankrupt and knowing this, he has no sympathy and hasn't offered to help one bit. It's ironic that when she knew he was having money problems, she stepped up and helped out with compassion and a sincere heart. BEWARE OF THIS DEVIANT
