ok so this ben guy keeps calling after 1st time i said maybe or when i get the money together i will def call him back...3 months later he calls again? He actually suggested for me not to pay my house payment so i would have the money to pay him! Assuring me i could lower my rate to 2% ! Told him" no" i would not do that, then he suggests that i ask to borrow it from a friend, that in a month, when my house pmt is lowered by 500$ i would be able to pay that person back...

oh and that  i could even send him a post-dated check (he would not cash it till i get paid on the 1st) & followed up with well even if he did... my bank would only charge an NSF fee of 25.00 and that was nothing compared to what he could save me! This guy had all the answers!

Just to get him off the phone i told him i would check with a friend to borrow the money! He was soooo nice he even  offerd lowering his 700.00 fee to 595.00 and let me just send 395.00 to get started! He explained how he really did not make but 500.00 after a months work and with all the fed x fees he would have after the processing ! he has actually called me back 2x while im writing this !

HE ALSO GAVE ME THE NAME  "Mader" AS HIS LAST NAME?

sounds like a smalltime " madoff "scam to me!

ok so heres what i will do ! im going to ask for his fed x shipping acct. number so that i can send him the whole amount in CASH with my paper work so he can get started right away on my loan modification! ....unless he just thinks i should mail it regular mail ? IM GOING TO SEND HIM COPIES OF ALL MY PAPERWORK ALL right! NOT MAYBE WITH THE INFO BLACKED OUT >>>>>ONE FEDX AT A TIME ! SHOULD BE ABOUT 10 PRIORITY OVERNIGHT/ 1st delivery /SIG REQUIRED!  FED X"S (45$ for each one) !!! billed to his fed x acct. which is usually tied to a credit card acct.

by the way: it is against the law in most states to collect upfront fees for a home loan modification with out first getting the DRE contract approved 1st by your lender.

Some D.A.'S OR ATTY GENERALS MAY LIKE TO PROSECUTE FOR YOUR STATE...NOTIFY THEM! HE LIVES IN APT 2A I WOULD KNOCK ON THE ASSHOLES DOOR OR AT LEAST LEAVE AN OFFICIAL LOOKING LETTER WITH s**t IN IT FOR HIM TO OPEN! SINCE HE IS FULL OF IT!
